My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

I know I'm not supposed to shout "First!", but... c'mon, it was obvious people were going to post it sooner or later, and quite possibly instantly!
I... I don't get it. I really don't.

I watched through about 6 minutes and it seemed like something they play for kids on TV.

Is it really really deep humor that's flying over my head or are the jokes just very subtle... and flying over my head?
I really don't have to explain anything after that. ^^
Well...

Not really doing much for me still.... It was kinda funny in a very mindless way, but yeah...

Still don't get it.

Huh... I see... Well, here's a simple equation.

Memetic material (Ponies' expressions and acts) + Ambiguous Humor + Mature references (Referenced Iccarus' story, and even Alice in Wonderland) + Cuteness implosion + Insane ponies = fun.

Not that I actually have TV service of any sort, so I see it a little late... but... Mythbusters. Has been for years.

Well these days the only show I have been watching on TV lately is the newest UK apprentice (I wouldn't say favourite).

Man vs Food is the only newer show I watch ON tv. It is good for a laugh as well as some interesting food ideas. I recommend it to people who aren't into food shows.

I've recently borrowed Quantum Leap from a friend, and the show has me hooked. It surprisingly stands the test of time. I look forward to watching seasons beyond the first.

Here I was about to say My Little Pony, but it's actually the majority. I wonder what percent of viewers, are the intended female child demographic.

I'm trying to work my way through Spartacus: Blood on the Sands but I just can't get into it. Whenever I try to watch an episode I look over to my DVD collection and think "You know I could always just put on Rome instead and enjoy myself for the next hour".

well at the moment it's Game of Thrones since pretty much every other good show is cancelled or on break between seasons. but overall out of current shows Castle. including cancelled shows as well it'd be Firefly
Game of Thrones is easily the most interesting show on TV at the moment, and it's really the only show I don't just DVR and watch later. I actually look forward to watching it.

Oh, if it were the seventies and the internet existed back then I would say Match Game, but alas...

If Directv didn't take it down (and I could afford), it it would be Attack of the Show and X-Play. also Drew Carey's Improv-a-ganza, The Borgias, Local news, MLP (yeah), Top Gear (english version?), Man vs Food, Season 3 of Deadliest Warrior (comes out in summer and yeah I know not good) But Directv dropped G4 and I lost interest in TV and stopped watching all of them (except... you know).
