Cigarettes are for 14 year old girls.

Real men smoke pipes.

You stole my pipe! But yes, pipes are great, and my favorite cigarettes are the ones dipped in cough medicine.

Those and the one's right after you havn't had one in a while, like if you go see a movie, or ride in an airplane, when you get out and have one, those one's are almost as good as sex, and I'd say just as good as the one's after sex.
I actually don't like those. I always devour them. But the one after the first one feels pretty good, but never comes close to the after-sex-cigarette
I ususaly savor them. Then I devor like 3 or 4 on the ride home or where ever I'm going. But Yeah the ones after sex are great, with the adrenaline and the endorphins, It's my favorite part of sex....you know besides the whole....sex part... lol
Nah, I'm the other way around: I devour the first to get my nicotine-fix and then I can saviour the next two or three for the relaxing effect. Last year after a 11-hour flight I devoured 3 in a row in like 6 minutes... I almost collapsed after that. And 5 minutes later I was smoking the first relax-cigarette again... And Cuba rocks for smokers :p

To quote Morpheus:
"I know exactly what you mean" ;)
Well I'll have to visit someday, I like to go to the movies alot so I get the "I love watching a new movie, but DAMN I wish I could smoke in here." that's why it sucks they don't have drive in's in florida (Well they do just none around me)

I don't really mind the smokeless cinemas, I don't go there very often anyway and when I do, I'm usually... busy... :p
But I wish back those glory days of smokefilled planes... I mean going to Dubai is hard. Going to Mumbai is very hard. But going to Cuba/Australia/New Zealand is torture!
On my trip to Cuba I didn't sleep one minute. It was... very challenging. I lost. I pulled meat from my hand, just to keep my fingers busy (I didn't even notice until I already had removed a big chunk, so I was bleeding freely. After that one of the flightattendants covered me in chocolate and coffee, just to make it bearable)

It sucks to be this addicted, but the after-sex-cigarette is worth it :D

Wow... I couldn't imagine that, I'd rather just swim there lol
Also yeah I hate smokless places because it would be so comfortable to just sit in the resturant and have a smoke after a meal, or smoke one in the cinema, but of course, one of my favorite things about smoking is it gives you lots of excuses to do things, like asking a pretty gal you like for a lite, or leaving a situation to have a smoke, or even, after you're done eating at a resteraunt or something, to go sit outside, and look at the clouds or the stars, smell the air. That's one of the places I feel most comfortable, sitting in the dark smoking a cigrette in the cool night air, looking at the stars, thinking about everything. It's wonderful.

It might make my life shorter but I wouldn't want a longer life if I'm not doing what I want to ya know?

I don't smoke, as it's illegal for me and I think it's disgusting. But that's just me

George Karelias and sons brand are the absolute best smoke ever. Too bad you can only buy them on the west coast for some damn reason. I ordered them online once, but you could tell they had been frozen forever. If anyone knows a store that has these, and will send orders to south dakota, shoot me a line. I'd be ever so grateful.

Don't really smoke anymore, only when I'm drunk will I have a cig. I usually tend to smoke Camel Lights, for the light taste and the all cotton filter as opposed to most other brands that have fiberglass in their filters.

I think that keeping smoke out of public places is best.

Sorry, but most of us don't want to deal with second hand fumes. Smoking may me more comfortable to you, but not to non smokers.

Also some of us have health issues and can't handle the smoke, or just don't want to breath it in.

If you can smoke in public places, I lose my option of going in and my right to clean air(I have asthma and allergies bad enough that I really can't handle it).

Not saying you can't smoke at all, just keep it away from others please.

Fair enough, I understand your point, but I just think it should be up to the owner of the place, if a theater wants two of the four theaters to be allowed smoking, he should have that choice. Just saying it should at least be fair, most people treat smokers like there dsigusting, less than human, assholes just because we smoke, wich is very hipocritical, because I'm sure they do worse to thier bodys or others, without even thinking about it, I just think it should be equal.

Thank you for considering my argument.

I don't think that smokers are sub human, as they say "hate the game not the player". Same concept anyway. And I am not against a smoker enjoying all public places, just against them bringing their cigarettes inside.

So no one is really being excluded, its just that no one can bring cigarettes inside but that doesn't stop you the person from enjoying the establishment. If you do smoke inside however, it is unfair to me because I cannot(due to the aforementioned asthma and allergies).

"No smoking" is not the same as "No smokers".

As for how bad it is for you, lets just say for one second that smoking is no different from any other health reducing thing we do to ourselves. If all have the choice to damage our own health any way we want as our right, then allowing smoking in public places removes my choice of what poison I do and don't want.

Basically, If a cigar is equally as toxic as a cheese burger at burger king I should get to make that choice to damage my health with the burger like you want the choice of the smoke. The difference is that smoking produces something I choose not to want in my body, you see? I can't not breath secondhand smoke it its everywhere.

Smoking or burgers is a choice of poison, I don't choose smoke so please respect that. I'm not forcing cheap fast food on you if I choose to eat in the restaurant. You are forcing me to deal with smoke If you lite up in the same place.

If it wasn't for the secondhand smoke I wouldn't care either way.

I liked Lucky Strikes when I had them, but you can't get them in Australia as far as I know :(

The best cigarette is the one had after a day without a cigarette, regardless of brand.

I see what you mean, but I'm just saying there should be a designated area so that someone who wants to enjoy and establishment with a cigrette can, and vise versa. Like how they use to have smoking sections and non-smoking sections, if an indiviual doesn't like smoke then chose not to sit in the section where smoking is allowed, I understand your point and it's valid, it's the reason most places don't allow smoking indoors, I'm just saying I believe there's a better way.

Also on the health point, true you do not force fast food on me, but if you eat fast food, your still causing harm, the gasses that came out of the cow, the pollution from the factory, the polution from the truck that drives it there, the smoke and chemicals the the establishment emits. The truth is doing anything effects everything, that's why I hate when people say "You're polluting MY air" first off honestly, how egotistical is that for someone to say? (not that you would I'm simply refering to those types of people) second of all, if they drove there car to work, they polluted OUR air. And that's what I was refering to as poeple who treat smokers like dogs "oh you're a horrible person, your ruining your life AND my life" if we worried about every life we effected...well...we'd never to make it out of bed in the morning ya know?

Swimming to Cuba might take a while for me, with me being from germany... I doubt that I have the stamina, you know ;)

Smoking makes social. The people you meet at work, university, in non-smoker-bars... You have something in common (you stand outside to have a smoke), so you start talking.
On the other hand, I miss the days when smoking wasn't a stigma and I could just take a walk, have a smoke and not be bitched at every 5 metres for... whatever those people ***** about, I never really listen. But they annoy me.
