The Diablo 2 commercial. Nothing beats the entertainment value of seeing someone wake to a world where everyone is LARPing.

Probably TF2, but that said i've always got a soft spot for the old Hitman adverts, printed and video.

Without a doubt, Team Fortress 2 and their 'Meet the Team' videos. Always entertaining, and it gives you hints about upcoming updates as well with objects in the background and gameplay mechanics that didn't exist before. Very well filmed, and they have definitely gotten better as time has gone on.

Man. I feel old. The first things that came to mind were the "Genesis Does, Nintendon't" or the Dreamcast commercials with multiple games interacting (Sonic spinning turntables while Gary Payton raps!)

The light hearted music fit really well, I just didn't think the Big Daddies seemed threatening enough. In the one I linked it shows how scary it would really be to fight something like that.

True it doesn't really show Big Daddy's full potential I'll give you that.
