Frankly,EVERYTHING by Flea(from RHCP).But there is one song of theirs,called "Hey" which for me has the best bassline ever.

Green Day has a lot of awesome bass lines. Longview, Hitchin' A Ride, and Peacemaker spring to mind.

I also really like the bass in a lot of Sugarcult songs. Weird but true. Marko 76 is amazing.
