If thats how we're going to decide what a cartoon is than I simply have too many favorites to choose from. Asking what my favorite cartoon is like.. its like...

But currently my absolute favorite is American Dad!

The Simpsons, on balance, is probably the best thing that has ever been on television. It was so good for so long, and will pretty much become an important historical artefact.

However this is favourite - and right now I prefer Futurama. Or possibly Batman: the Animated Series. Or the Venture Bros.

I have to go with South Park. Then Transformers Generation 1. After that I am really digging all the new Marvel cartoon movies like Doctor Strange, The Invincible Iron Man, Hulk VS Wolverine and Hulk VS Thor. The animation is really great and the writing is awesome. I can't wait for Planet Hulk! I also can't forget Sponge Bob Squarepants. I always laugh at that show.

Man, I used to think it was samurai pizza cats, I loved that show so much as a kid, but then I tracked down an episode as an adult... and it was AWFUL.

Now it's gotta be the simpsons, but if we're including anime I do love bleach.

Wow, that is a tough one for me. I'm going say (other than AL of course) Frisky Dingo was one of my favorite cartoons. I enjoyed how they would set up jokes in one episode and then they would pay off 3 episodes down the line. The whole show was structured brilliantly. As far as being an episodic series it is one of the best. The last episode of season 2 was a cliffhanger and I can't wait for a season 3.
