MGS1, but that's been said soooooo many times already I'll say my second favourite.

*Looks at his list*

Oh Christ! It's good but really doesn't make me look good.

Digimon World for the Playstation 1.

I haven't played it in AGES but I loved so much it was unbelievable. I must have completed it like 5 times.

I WANT IT AGAIN!!!! WHY DID THE DISC HAVE TO SNAP????

Fable. I didn't hear the intial hype, so I was disappointed. I'd also say Fable: TLC, but it's nearly the same game lol.

Fable II however, is not the same game and not as good.

BF:2142 is probably the game I play most often and have spent the most amount of time playing, but I also liked pretty much any GTA game. Mass Effect was pretty good as well considering I'm not really into RPGs.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence

Great gameplay, fantastic story, epic bosses and contains my favourite character in gaming, The Boss.

I have to say there are two, Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal (including the first, original part Shadows of Amn) and Shining Force II. I put Shining Force II in because I first played it when I was eight and it was the game that got me hooked on RPGs, I still play it to this day. BG's series is probably the best fantasy RPG story despite some annoying pathfinding issues and balancing problems. No game since that I have played had characters as alive and interactive as the BG series, though I heard Mass Effect is a sci-fi BG (BioWare disappointed me with KOTOR, too much micromanaging and my own inherent dislike of anything except the original Star Wars trilogy). So, having now rambled on, I'll close with a query: Mass Effect worth checking out?

I thought it was TFII for awhile... But until they come out with updates on the 360 or I shell out the cash to get a decent rig of a gaming computer... Maybe CoD4, or some of the independent games I've recently purchased on XBLM... They're great.

Old faves: Twisted Metal Series, Marios, Vectorman, Toejam and Earl... Lots of others. Can't really choose one.

For me it's hard to decide.
I mean first there's Halo 1, the game that introduced me to the first person shooter, the great music, clever writing and of course amazing campain that even to this day, years later still fills me with a profound sense of loving nostalgia.
Then there's Halo 2 which I played mostly with friends, co-op and multiplayer mostly. I remeber the many hours of fun and just great memories that we had of playing multiplayer and even trying to make a machinima that we never got around too.
However I felt I should also mention Halo 3 which in the last few months of waiting for it to come out, got me so excited that I thought I was going to pass out. I still remember my first playthrough and oh GOD DAMN was it fun.
So you know what rather than pick from the many possible candidates I'm going to have to say may favourite game is the ENTIRE Halo trilogy.
