Lucky Number Slevin is one of my personal favorites...

Slevin was the kid from the beginning, and he and Bruce Willis are working together to avenge his parents

Not the movie Seven, that twist blows.
Lucky Number Sleven! That is one of the most underrated movies ever. Loved that show.

I always liked the twist in Secret Window, mostly because it's one of the few movies that I actually caught it during the movie. I'm not particularly bright in that regard, so I was happy I figured out the ending before it happened.

"It's people. Soylent Green is made out of people!"

Such a great revelation. Simple, yet utterly, utterly horrifying.

The ending of The Illusionist, where the inspector finally figures out his plan, and starts clapping to himself at the sheer brilliance.

*looks at those who mentioned Usual Suspects and Oldboy.*

Meanies. I'll show you. I'll just look up the plot on Wiki. *huffs*

Noooooooooooo!

If you haven't seen the films, you really don't want to be spoiled. Some films are still really enjoyable if you know the plot etc, but in the case of The Usual Suspects, you really need to go into it cold. Then you can watch it again after the fact and it's a different movie.

It's a beautifully told story.

And since my favourites have been taken, I'll just throw out the funny one:

The village council are homicidal, bumping off anyone who is a threat to their "perfect" village and its chance in the Village of the Year contest

The twist in devil was pretty awesome, even though I saw it coming. I would also have to say Donnie Darko (If you consider the ending to be a twist).

My favorite is at the end of the sixth sense where it's revealed that the guy is bruce willis.
you just made my day, sir

Speaking of Bruce Willis, my favorite plot twist occurred in 12 monkeys. I am not going to say what it was, because that would involve writing synopsis of the movie. Better go watch it NOW, or visit wikipedia - i recommend first option.

"Blade Runner" had an intriguing twist

where at the end of the movie it is implied that Dekkard is a replicant himself, specifically designed to hunt other androids

also ending in another movie based on work of Phillip K. Dick really blew me away:
where at the end of the movie agent that posed as a drug addict and ended up becoming one, is sent to a rehab. Rehab uses therapy through work, and as it turns out rehab is run by company producing drugs, and addicts work on the fields where narcotic plants are grown.

I know the entire movie is foreshadowing but I didn't really figure it out until after they explained it and showed the video camera scene

First rule of Fight Club: Don't talk about Fight Club.
In other words, Fight Club... Never existed. There is no war in Ba Sing Se.
As soon as I say this thread title, I thought Fight Club. Good to know that I am not alone.

Righteous Kill

They force that De Niro is a killer down your throat from the very beginning and carry it for a good while, and then they're all NOPE,and that's all I'm gonna say. Very good movie.
