Terminator 2. Watched a little bit of it when I was six, and became somewhat obsessed because I wasn't allowed to watch R movies. Finally watched both when I was about 11.

Personally, Fight Club, or Cloverfield, even though many people disagree with me on Cloverfield.

I found Cloverfield to be quite good. Aside from the camera getting too shaky at times. Yes, I know that was sort of the point, but it just pissed me off. Also the romance story was good, although cliche.
