Robin Hood: Men in Tights or Blazing Saddles. Mel Brooks is king.
I see your two films, and raise you Young Frankenstein.
Yeah Young Frankenstein was probably the best one in my opinion. I also love High Anxiety.

Everything I was going to say, and a few more, have already been mentioned.

To summarise:

Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged, Naruto The Abridged Comedy Fandub Spoof Series Show and the ilk, including all the song parodies that come with it. LittleKuriboh's only flaw is his inability to keep to a schedule but as it's free...

Mel Brooks: Just watch Spaceballs. Brilliant.

Leslie Nielsen and Zucker, Abrahams and Zucker: These guys brought you Airplane! and three Naked Gun films, as well as the Police Squad TV show (which led to The Naked Gun) and many other things.

Weird Al: Hilarious to listen to not just once but repeatedly. Hopefully his new album will be just as good as his old ones.

Red Letter Cinema's review of the Star Wars prequels, though those aren't as much parodies as they are hilariously insightful reviews.

Spaceballs. One of my favorite movies, and one of the only PG movies to have the word "Fuck" in it!

The Blood and Cornettos films (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, 3rd-installment-to-be-named) and Spaced were AWESOME. Although, I'll always enjoy the works of Al Yankovic, Leslie Nielsen, Mel Brooks, and Luke Ski, I will always maintain that Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Edgar Wright are the gods of the parody.

I like this one:

This was the first "Key of awesome" video I saw, courtesy of a friend, and as a result I was singing it for the next couple of days. Annoyed my roommates no end.

Another favourite is:

I think this one is my overall favourite parody. I can't watch it without cracking up XD
