Dead Rising, because the game is so wacky, and it gives you so many toys to play wit, it never feels stale to me, and is something fun to kick around every now and then.

Street Fighter 4, because the flow of the game is amazing, simple yet elegant, trying but fair, no game makes me feel more accomplished than that, although StarCraft essentially is the same in that regard
aaahhh, nothing beats hammering zombies with a cash register while wearing a mega man outfit...goood times...
Not to mention everything is funnier when you play megaman's zany adventure through a zombie infested mall

Spyro 1-3, Sonic 1-3 and Sonic and Knuckles just to mix things up a bit. These games always make me feel better unless I'm on a Chaos Emerald binge mission in an attempt to get Hyper Sonic as soon as possible - Then it's just stressful. I just like how they're relaxed, fun, childish and simple yet some damn ingenious at the same time.

Not really sure how to take this. I would think that for me it would be a game I could always come back to and find calm and soothing.

Even though there are some old classics that I can always replay... I have to go with an odd choice in Romance of the three kingdoms 3.

For some reason, at any time, I can start that game up, play it for several hours, and not think a single thought in the world. Its beyond relaxing for me for some reason, even if its not that great of a game.

I find a few waves of Gears of War 2 horde relaxes me.

If I need a confidence boost, I go play online to remember how much better I am (at some things, like playing videogames online...) than most everyone else. Especially BFBC2 at the moment, for some reason.

Dragon Valor...

Gerome is the sort of guy I'd like to have for a father.

Please don't kill me.

I find Prototype is brilliant for relieving stress.
Opposite reaction for me, as regarding the missions, though I do enjoy the side missions. Someday I'll go back and finish them...

I don't have a particular game that de-stresses me, but shooting stuff up always seems to help a bad day :D. If it's an annoying game, I do rather like to yell at it, and if I do, I won't be mad about it later (though I may find my hubby cowering in a corner!)

I don't have anyt games against sadness, but to deal with rage, i have DEFCON. Yes, that DEFCON. Nothing helps blow off steam quite as effectively as killing absolutely everyone.

GH is great to just pass the time, Super Mario Galaxy (1+2) is nice when I need to switch things up and if I'm feeling low I generally go for Mass Effect 2 or gears. the simplicity of point/ shoot can be sublimely soothing.
