If I feel sleepy I just make myself a nice, steaming hot, cup of coffee. You'll see me up 'til 7 in the morning and I still wouldn't be tired.

However If I decide to "drink" while playing, nothing is more satisfying than Captain Morgans Spiced Gold with Coke!
