I'm not sure I understand the question. I usually have a chicken sandwhich, some fries, and some random fruits (watermelon, cantaloupe, banana) for dinner, but what does that have to do with gaming?

I always considered this my bachelors diet and not my gamers diet but I usually eat a bowl of ceral with a random fruit or an egg with some veggies for breakfeast a sandwhich with some meat veggies and ranch for lunch and either noodles with eggs and veggies, soup, or frozen pizza for dinner. I also have a tendency to eat some snack food which I guess you could say is my 'gamers diet' since I eat this while gaming consisting of about four bags of chips and a 12 pack of soda per week divided up pretty randomly through out the week.

This works for me since it balances out with my general daily life to make it so I don't get hungry, I dont feel sick from lack of vitamins, and I don't gain weight

If I'm setting up for a long gaming session I'll grab a large bag of pretzel's and some water or black coffee, lots and lots of black coffee!

If I'm gaming and eating it (which is rare) my meal goes a little something like this:

Breakfast: frozen pre-chopped fruit, milk, blender, done (no need for a cup, drink that shit strait out of the blender.

lunch: bowl, canned tuna, mayo. chopped green onions (if i'm feeling fancy), fork to mash the shit, bread, done

dinner: bowl, cereal, yogurt, spoon, done

***

time spent making all three meals combined: 3 min

time spent gaming: 23h and 56min

time spent eating: fuck that's what loading screens are for.

I follow the Butterfield Diet Plan. The results have been... incredible.

LOL, me and my friends have this amazing skit as a sort of inside joke, what are the odds that I'd find somebody on here who appreciates Brian Butterfield too xD, I'm glad other people are finding it's magnificence.

OT: Pot noodles, 60p energy drinks and A LOT of crisps.

Instant noodles are a lifesaver. Other foods that do the trick are lots of potatoe chips, chocolate, any type of freezer food, chocolate, (chocolate) ice cream, chocolate, chocolate...

I FUCKIN LOVE CHOCOLATE!

Edit: As for beverages, Dr Pepper is the stuff you want by your side once thirst gets real.

It's a rather vauge term, I use it to describe a diet that minimizes prep time and the time you spend eating it, while maximizing nutrition density. All while trying to hit the 1200-1400 calories per day mark.
Min eat/Max game

another definition would be a diet that allows for marathon gaming, these usually contain alot of caffine, sugar and assorted energy drinks. Though its not recommended due to sleep deprivation induced lag and deterioration of motor skills.

It's Rootbeer, basically. Not all that exotic, if you live in the right areas.

Anyway, mine is peanuts. Planters, Dry roasted, preferably seasoned. I'm like a crackhead when it comes to those things.

I just got a great idea; use milkshake on the Cheerios instead of milk :D

OT; Usually a bottle of Cherry Coke and some crisps or something.

Lots and lots of white rice. Nice and cheap and filling.

Milk, sometimes. But mostly tea and water.

Eggs, lots of eggs. Oatmeal. Soup of all varieties.

When I'm feeling richer, portobello mushrooms and salmon.

Peanut butter sandwiches, crisps, cola and fruit.

BAM! See how I made it healthier at the end.

i try not to eat while i'm gaming, i used to, but not anymore. i'm trying to lose some weight. at most i have some sugar free gum.

on occasion i eat lunch while playing, but then it's something small like a grilled cheese sandwhich or some ramen noodles
