Coffee mostly.
Seldom will I perform any activity without consuming enough coffee to make me feel like I'm a super soldier capable of leaping over skyscrapers and bench pressing blue whales.

Bottles upon bottles of water. I once drank a whole 2 litres of water waiting for one of the cutscenes between Altair and Al-Mualim to end.

Diet Coke (mmm, cancerlicious) and takeaway (heart-stopping...uh, licious) are generally what I prefer to eat while gaming. Less good if I'm playing a game I can't pause/take 10 seocnds to pick up food to eat, if that's the case it'll be something I can grab onehanded like a chocolate bar (as opposed to something like chinese/indian takeout)

Coke, lots of if, I'd drink more tea but that means breaking away from game-play and actually making the damn stuff!

Beer, oven based snackables, potato chips, biscuits.
At the moment there is a bottle of absinth and a bottle of vodka on my desk, and they seem to be evaporating more when I'm gaming.

I'm usually way too distracted by the game to remember to eat whatever snack I have, so I usually just drink water or Dr Pepper.

Coke Zero, Diet Dr. Pepper, coffee, or tea. I switched to zero-calorie drinks when I realized that I was taking in about half an average person's daily calories on soft drinks alone.

I don't usually eat when gaming, but I may occasionally have a bowl of skittles or chocolate-covered somethings (nuts, toffee, etc) nearby. I haven't anything serious while gaming ever since the System Shock 2 lasagna incident.

Having a bottle of mountain dew or a normal glass of water works well. I might have some lollies or something like jelly beans to eat.

System Shock 2 had an option for enemy respawns. So, I cleared out an area, and was walking around and eating my lasagna. Turned around and there was a monster there. Scared the hell out of me, and I knocked the plate from that little area in front of the keyboard. Wasn't a good day. Loved the game, though.

Water! I don't really need "fuel" to keep gaming. If anything, gaming keeps me from burning my "fuel," resulting it my slightly-bulging waistline.

I guess sometimes I drink a Root Beer, or something.
