man I hate people who buy "gaming" mouses (or is it mice? o_O). I thought it was the saddest thing when my friend showed me that he has different weights that he can put into his mouse. I mean come on, I'll probably pwn you with mouse that still has the ball inside
Well I hate people who think gaming mice are a waste and who think that they can pwn me because they said so. So THERE! :p
hehe, u play cod:mw2? we could see who's better :)
Sorry, I was on the fence for that game for so long that I just forgot about it and left it on my "maybe" list. Maybe in a year or two :) . I do play a lot of FPS games though and even if you don't agree that a better mouse makes you aim better, you have to agree that having a couple of buttons under your right hand thumb is amazingly convenient.

Besides, I'm not trying to say that a better mouse automatically makes you a better player, just that it's easier to have better precision and it just feels more comfortable. Some people think that's worth 50 euros, others - you included - don't.

I like big words others won't know either, but I doubt you've used the mouse, therefore you wouldn't know how the mouse handles.

So... You've kinda made yourself look like a dick.
Is that the one that changes size through the mouse application?
You have to admit that they made certain choices for that mouse purely to impress people. I mean you could easily make the size change manual and save 10 euros off the price. Either way, I have used it, albeit briefly, and it actually isn't that bad. Takes some time to get used to not hitting the thumb stick or the palm button by accident, but I can imagine ways where all those buttons would be useful.

I don't play much on a PC so I have an old "Basic optical mouse" as it says on the bottom. Have no idea what that means but I assume it's old seeing as I've has this mouse for a few years now.

I have logitech g9 and very happy with it except that cheap rubber coating on the add on (it goes off really fast, but it only look ugly then and feels the same so I don't have a problem with it).

Looks unwieldy and uncomfortable to me...
BLASPHEMY! IT LOOKS SOOOOOO KOOL BRA. (no I don't really talk like that)
IF you are more into aesthetics than ergonomics and utility, then yes, the cyborg is a great mouse.

... how well something works with the human body= ergonomics. They work to increase it in some things because of problems like carpal tunnel and whatever else might be caused by making a shitty shaped product that makes the body do something it's not supposed to do, resulting in problems with stress fractures and the like.
Aesthetics= the look of something, how pleasing it is to the eye.

They're pretty common words, especially if you read anything about clothing, art, computer chairs, games, home decorating, and most of all, KEYBOARDS AND GAMING MICE. Sorry, but they are very simple words anyone on this board should know. I wasn't trying to appear smart, just using the simplest terms to express an idea in the smallest amount of words.

I said it LOOKED uncomfortable. I don't know why you have to try to insult and invalidate my opinion. If you want to buy me one and show me it's awesome and God incarnate of the gaming mouse world, go ahead though. : )

Isn't the other guys point that you wouldn't know what the mouse feels like, and haven't you just proven that?
