I got "A Mili" from Lil' Wayne, so in fact my ringtone isn't geeky at all. My ringtone gives other ringtones drive-bys of awesomeness.
Bill Bailey's sinister doorbell is my sms tone. I made the mp3 myself from a recording of one of Bill's Tinselworm shows.
I'm looking for Moss' Dum-dum DUMMM tone from the IT crowd if anyone has it drop me a PM. if not I'll make it myself.
I programmed in the original super mario bros theme into my old beep-tone phone. screw downloading it and paying munnys.

Imperial March all the way, and then certain friends have others, like the mario theme, or the star trek communicator noise.
My phone is so old it's not even polyphonic, but I have a few tunes I'd have as ringtones.

My phone won't allow me to change my text message tone to anything other than the supplied defaults, so I have to express my "uniqueness" (sp?) through my ringtone. Currently a new call on my mobile is heralded to the tune of "Resonance" by TM Revolution. Those anime types may recognise it as the first opening theme for Soul Eater.

Occasionally the FFVII victory fanfare, but usually it's the MGS codec call (I've got mp3s of most of the sound effects, my old slidephone had the codec open/close sounds on the slide too, so awesome...)

Yea...mine is the ringtone from the movie One Missed Call, more or less for the scared/confused looks i get from the people around me all those times it goes off in GameStop or somewhere.
