Me too, it's so bad that every time I even so much as go behind a wall I reload.

As for me, it would probably be my habit I developed where I transfer all my frustration/tenseness into my legs to keep my hands calm.

When I am extremely immersed in a game which only really happens during a really hard but still fun part, I often turn the controller or lean where I am walking.

I am a compulsive quick saver.
There isn't a very good way to describe it but in shooters I hold the controller in a very strange fashion.

This is basically how I hold a controller (not my hand)
I don't talk but more of mutter at games, usually swearing.
If possible I use a wired controller because I do not want the battery to die mid-game.

I tend to do contradictory things. A perfect example would be in the Elder Scrolls games.

I had just finished going through a dungeon without being seen by anyone, taking as much stuff as I can, stealing from their chests and the enemies themselves. I sneak into the final room, assassinate the boss, hide until they stop looking for me, and then proceeded to kill everyone I let live on my way out. For some reason, if I'm going into a place, I won't let anyone see me. If I'm leaving a place...Everyone dies.
That is incredibly disturbing :p

Very much a completionist. When playing something such as Skyrim, I will continue to sort through loot and go through pains to sell it even when I'm not using the economy at the time - and steal everything that isn't nailed down. In combat, I tend to aim for maximum offense insofar as difficulty allows.

100?
Damn, last count I had 120-something
OT (And referring to the above)

I never save over old files if I can.
If a game will let me have multiple save files, I will abuse that system to the full extent.

Skyrim: 800-odd saves

The most consistent habit I have is talking to myself out loud in different, retrospectively silly, voices about what I can and can't do. Usually I do this in strategy games.

Unless I'm on Skype, then what could be said to be my catchphrase is, "Danger close" and marking the mini-map. :p

Artillery is fun. Honestly, I cannot go without building at least ONE kind of artillery unit in Company of Heroes. Even if I'm playing with a friend, and we've decided he's going to spam all the Nebelwerfers, I'm going to make at least one. <__<

I have a habit of making myself feel like im a military commander in an rts. Not just rushing in to finish a mission but sometimes even taking hours to finish a level just because I felt like making a scene up as i went along

I have ADD like you wouldn't believe. The first thing I do is run around taking screencaps of the environment & gathering up the maximum amount of quests before doing any of them.

Female avatars are always busty redheads, male avatars are always skinny with long black hair & girly faces.

If I'm given the option to dual wield twin weapons, I will.

If I can choose between a two-handed sword & a one handed sword with a shield, I'll always pick the two-handed.

Same here. It's the bane of my online existence. As soon as I get a kill I reload, which usually means the teammate of the person I've just shot gets a free kill on me as I'm unable to defend myself. I know I do it, I get frustrated at myself for doing it, but still after every kill I hit that damn reload key.

I typically jump when I'm running. I don't know why. It started in WoW at low levels, just something entertaining to do when traveling around horseless. Thus it became habit.
Yeah I do that. I blame Morrowind and its ludicrously slow run speed. Also I try to break the game. Skipping "unskippable" areas is always fun.

I follow this mantra to a fault -> Obsessive use of melee weapons... "I might need this massive stockpile of ammo... later..." Even when Im getting my ass handed to me on a plate.

For some reason I pick up every single item available and use absolutely nothing.
This is pretty much me in a nutshell, especially in RPGs and shooters. I'll go out of my way to get every single bullet/healing item - no matter how obnoxiously placed they are - and then they'll more than likely sit and rot in my inventory for the rest of the game.

I horde items, I have that "what if I need it later?" mentality with almost everything, it especially rears it's head when I play JRPGs.

And I'd probably shout "***** please" While I'm winning, and for particularly difficult sections of games I'll shout, "Who the fuck thought this was a good idea?"

If the game can be saved from a menu I save prob every 5 min. The habit came from playing Pokemon Red back in the day where I had played 3 hrs straight and batteries died on me right b4 I made it to cerulean city :(

Well, I have a few. In FPS games I am also a compulsive reloader and I always go for the shotgun.
In RPGs I almost always play the mage or it's equivalent and sell all my useable items, (potions, scrolls etc.) or just save them forever and I refuse to wear helmets for some reason.
