Gaming if it's not too bad or music. Mostly music though. It calms me so much that I get over shit fast.

A good book, which at the moment is Cell by Steven King.
I agree wholeheartedly. I'm not so much a fan of the more recent things he's written, but Cell still remains one of my favorite of his newer material. That, and Duma Kay I guess. I just love the atmosphere of both.

OT: Listening to music, at the moment, my anti-depressant is Rammstein. That or writing. I've been known to write many a short story while in a state of utter depression, but once I've got it down on paper, I can usually get over it...Booze helps too.

Step 1. Start up computer.
Step 2. Wait for steam to start up.
Step 3. Shut off everything unnecessary.
Ironically at this point I would shut steam down; silly resource-hogging application...

But to answer the question at hand, sleep, or anything that allows me to forget myself (a book or a TV programme).

Probably sport or general exercise. Generally seems to work out my stress and negative emotions, though I don't use it as a cure often enough.

The Internet. Or if it was a truly bad day, i play Garrys Mod. And do sick twisted things to NPC's and ragdolls, record it, not have the nerve to upload it to youtube then quickly delete it before anyone sees.

Music usually does it for me, even the kind that is depresing in nature. If that does not do it, then I will just write something about my day, if only to try to make those thoughts come out of my head. After that, i'll play a game or two. That usually takes care of it. :)

First/Second season of True Blood or The Tudors in Blu-Ray, a tub of Moose Tracks ice cream, and a 2-litre of Dr. Pepper.

My cure ALL!!

Music, sleep,

Or rant about it humorously among friends. The negativity of life makes for great comedy.

Del Taco. All but the worst days can be improved by burritos, fries, and Coca-Cola.

Sadly, the bad days have made me gain back two of the 8 pounds I lost. Better stop having so many gods-damned bad days!

The game prototype can make a bad day go away. All anger and sadness is lost when you blow up a helicopter, run up the side while it's still in Mid Air, do a backflip off the nose, turn your arm into a giant blade, do a frontflip and split a tank in half.

Singing songs badly alone in my room or any game that lets me go on a massacre usually do it. Sometimes hanging out with my mates and acting goofy or going to an Anime Convention.

I get on my pyjamas, eat ice cream, make some tea and then curl up inside my cozy warm bed and read a good book.

1)Comedy: Stand-up, old British TV shows, Fail Blog, dumb shit on YouTube, Engrish, bloopers on TGWTG, etc.

2)Eat chocolate-covered strawberries & watch educational programming (don;t ask why it works, it just DOES).

3)New volume of a manga, new video game, new comic book that isn't a mediocre issue.

4)Pop in Dungeon Siege. Kill anything that moves, smash every crate.
