Aesthetically I find the goth/emo/punk/scene/rocker/etc. type of looks to be rather pleasing. Especially with black hair and blue eyes.
That said, at the end of the day, personality is what I find most appealing in a partner - and my own personality tends not to mesh well with the personalities of those I find aesthetically pleasing.
But I'm lucky in that I've found a spouse with a great personality who enjoys roleplay, and is more than happy to dress up in that fashion for me.
