Wake up at around 2-3AM, go to the washroom, sleep, wake up at around 6:30AM, go to the washroom, weigh myself, do some pushups and shadowboxing, make breakfast, make tea, get ready for work, drive to work at around 7:20 for about 30-40 minutes while drinking tea and listening to the radio (nothing makes me feel old like an early morning drive with a mug of tea and an earful of radio banter/news).
