So nobody to interact with to talk to or to at least hear talk. Just mindless robots shooting at you, while this dumb women is tapping her foot to the beat of her head getting blown off while I sit there and watch and refuse to move her out of the way because I want to see her get it good in the face and die.
You don't expect every game to be like an RPG with an in-depth storyline, do you? P.N.03 is one of those love it or hate it games, but not giving it a shot because you expect oodles of dialogue smacks to me as...silly.

I am the resident shmup lover here, but still...

Insaniquarium... god I feel that much lamer admitting to it. You raise fish that poop money and shoot aliens that try to eat your fish. In time you feed them food that mysteriously looks like pain relievers and try to earn enough to buy egg pieces to win the level. It was long, boring, and brought on repetitive stress to my mouse hand. It was lame yet I couldn't stop playing. I'll never get that wasted lifespan back.

Once upon a time, I owned a game called UEFA Striker...

I mean, it was pretty cool for a sports game, but it didn't quite capture my attention as much as the original Crash Bandicoot. Man, that game was awesome, shame they sequelised it to death.

You might want to know that I can't necessarily bring myself to downright hate a game, I need to find one good thing about it first.

James Bond 007 in Agent Under Fire. It's a good game, and I love it (mainly the multiplayer), but when you only own 6-7 games, and only buy games you've rented first so you know you like them, even your worst game is gonna be good.

Railroad Tycoon III. It's so boring that you can hardly play it for 15 minutes without falling asleep and banging your head into the desk.

Weirdo. RT III is cool. Held my interest longer than WoW or HALO.

No, I don't expect every game to be an RPG. That's stupid and and stupid of you to ask.

The reason I gave is just ONE reason as to why I don't like that horrible decrepit game and it's a general consensus for the most part that the game sucked.

i have two boring games

1) alpha black zero (although it was very funny when an enemy would see you do nothing gasp and then run off.)

2) robot warlords (the giant robots made me buy it but when i played the game it was just a chess game.)

I can't think of the MOST boring game I've ever played, but one of them would have to be Myst 3: Exile. It managed to take away the will for me to live within 3 minutes of playing. After that I could only hold on for 2 more minutes, before exiting the game and NEVER playing it again.

Another one that was crap was Superman: Returns. If you thought the movie was bad then you should have played this. Boring game play that was as repetitive as dawn and dusk. As well as it being as about as deep as a kiddy pool. Luckily I got them both for free and sold them away quickly after getting them.

Boring in a good way or boring in a "dear god, I want to paint my wall so I can watch the paint dry" boring?

The Sims is boring in a good way. It unashamedly acts as a pastime and I've actually managed to get immersed in watching my sim watch TV (there was a Penny Arcade comic on this four years ago.) Tetris is mind-numbing but in a way that makes it a great stress reliever.

Spore is boring in a drying-paint way. Older JRPGs, as much fun as they were in the early 90's, are dreadfully dull now. But the most thoroughly, "why am I doing this again" bored I've ever been with a game was SaGa Frontier for the PS1, one of the worst games of all-time in my view.

Various Marvel games on the PSP.

I thought they'd be good, bought them all at once. They're all the same. Haven't made it past the first level due to...

Meh, even thinking about them is boring.
