Either Worms: Armageddon, FFVII, FFT, or Vandal Hearts 2. I'll go with FFVII.

Half Life 2. I love everything about that game, yes even Ravenholm.

Plus it has the best credits score I've ever heard

Plus look at all the fantastic mods they've released for the game, Hidden source, zombie panic and master...

Well since I enjoy such a large variety of games I would have to split this off into the genres I love.
RPG: Chrono Trigger, even without the nostalgia factor it is still one of the best well rounded and most enjoyable games I have ever had the pleasure of bringing into my home, from the SNES, to the play-station remake, on to the DS port, this game has never done anything wrong.
Stragey: This one has to go to Alpha Centauri, while the game has aged alright it still stands has one of my all time favs simply because of the level of customization I could bring to fights with my units.
FPS: While I love TF2, the most enjoyment I got out of a FPS was Golden eye for the N64 it was just non-stop fun, with or without cheats. The best part was trying to glitch out the game, so many nights wasted on that alone.
MMO: I could say WoW but honestly it was only fun for a while but went down hill with every expansion since. Dark age of Camelot on the other hand got so much better with the first few expansions and was just a blast killing people in the BG, that I often hated leveling past 29.
Honorable Mention: Saints Row 2, so glad I got that game. My wife said she would sell every other game we own besides that one if it ever got down to it, even her beloved Kingdom Hearts.

BioShock, but you clever ones figured that out already.

Second place is a toss-up between the Condemned series, Fallout 3, and Oblivion.

Final Fantasy IX. Don't ask me why I love it. But I remember 'encouraging' my Mom&Dad to go out to the Bar&Grill so I could babysit and get enough cash for it. I still play that game once a year or so.

In all my years of pc gaming there are really only 2 games that i keep coming back to. Diablo 2 was one of the first pc games i ever got, and is still most likely my favorite game. I also just enjoy the hell out of space rangers 2 every time i play it, especially with the reboot pack.

Probably Fallout 3. It's the only game on the xbox I got all the achievements for, not to mention playing it on both pc and xbox and buying the dlc for both and.. Yeah I'm pretty hopeless when it comes to that game, if I could buy all the bobbleheads from the game I'd do it in a heartbeat.

New Vegas needs to have a bobblehead too. You hear me Obsidian!? BOBBLEHEAD/S!!

Most loved? Of all time? Hmm... I would still have to go with Doom II, I think. I would probably say the original Doom if I had really had a chance to play it much before I played Doom II, but as it is... yeah, Doom II. No other game has ever made me so excited.

Hm.
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time
Or any of the really old pokemon games.

They have so much nostalgia around them, you could tell me the casings were made out of the crushed dreams of orphans and I'd still sacrifice goats to them every chance I got.

Go go Pokemon Snap!

Overall? Shadow of the Colossus. I could play that game for months on end.

If you want to get into genres...well...that'll take too long to figure out. Too many good games out there to really narrow it down. SOTC was the only game that I ever truly wanted to replay just to go through the experience again.

Half Life 2. Whats not to like about that game. I could spend many hours of my day on that game, until I die of starvation.
