I'm mostly into Metal and Japanese music, as well as a few other random songs. As for my favourite bands, I don't really a set favourite, just a few I admire.

Examples of these would include.

Maximum the Hormone
The brilliant Green
Dragon Force
Rhapsody
Night wish
Rammstein

Rock, sometimes Metal but its usually very soft Metal. Other than that no. Some examples are Muse, The Killers, 30 Seconds to Mars, Stereophonics, Foo Fighters, Snow Patrol.

My favourite band is Muse though, definatly.

NONE of those bands are metal. -_-
But, I forgot Muse. How could I forget them? They're so awesome.

Well duh. I don't listen to any specific Metal band, i just randomly listen to some...

Have you listened to the Black Mages at all? That's their best song but the others are well worth a listen.

Indeed I have. That's one of the bands I listen to. Still, the Advent Children version is the best version in my opinion.

Rock and Metal that isn't overly aggresive or soft. I also like Ska, Reggae, Rocksteady, old School Hip-Hop, Blues, Jazz, Folk and Big Bnad, generally anything that takes a skill to play. I despise screamo, death metal, indie, club, dance and a majority of cheesey arrogant ***** pop songs.

I... Have no idea.
Possibly alternative rock, but I also listen to what a friend of mine calls metal, though I've always called it hardrock.
Aside from that, some J-pop songs, though most of them should be described as J-rock. I've also imported an album of Nana Mizuki, she's awesome.
So:
Queen (First music I've ever liked, still love 'em), Dragonforce, Nana Mizuki, The Clash, Cage The Elephant, Daft Punk and 30 Seconds to Mars.
I also listen to many anime themesongs and have been listening to the TWEWY soundtrack a lot lately.

Hell yeah! Pendulum has gotta be one of the best bands out there! My current favorite is Sounds Of Life, and also Watercolour. Can't wait for the new Immersion album.
I also really like Justice, Daft Punk, and Aphex Twin.

I would say my favorite bands are either Tool or Opeth, both fucking rock all ass!
