I wish I had a Scottish accent. Russian accents are cool too and upper class English accents are pretty awesome.
I have to admit Russian accents are cool, they are probably my favorite

I'm English and I recently went to America, about 70% of the people I spoke to told me my accent was great, so I'm proud to be English =D

A pirate's. Yarrrr!
Kinda funny, it's my favorite too. Irish. Think about it. stereotypic pirate's are Irish.

Oi dew luv a gud oirish chat
I don't know what Pirates you've been listening too (maybe Dublin Pirate Radio), but the stereotypical pirate accents aren't Irish, they're Cornish, Bristol and West Country accents.

In fact the pirate accent we know today is an American's (Robert Newton) best, hammy, OTT impression of a Cornish or West Country accent.

I don't think I have a favorite, but I suppose I have a list of things I've noted.

Everything sounds like an insult if spoken by someone from New Jersey, NYC or South Boston.

Anything sounds more important when spoken with a British accent.

The "Appalachian" accent (i.e. hillbilly) makes everything sound less intelligent.

The Welsh accent renders communication impossible (I've only met one Welshman(?), and he sounded like a drunken Scotsman with a filthy gym sock balled up in his mouth).

The French accent makes everything seem more. . . revolutionary? That's not an adequate term I don't think but I'm not sure how to put it.

The German accent oozes scientific credibility.

Things seem somewhat mysterious when spoken by the Irish.

I like any accent, but my favourites would have to be: any accent in the UK; and any 'tough' accent, the kind that you have to be bulky and have a bushy moustache for it to sound right, like Russian or German

Georgian (jyorgian, not jawjun), followed by texas twang, british (semiproper), cockney, and aussie (not the irwin one, which sounds like cockney with a drawl)
