I don't know how everyone seems to have missed this [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/106063-Bethesda-Ditching-Old-Tech-for-New-Elder-Scrolls-Game].
Check my post above this for a link to some screenshots.

A handbook

You press a button and a book pops up and everything you have encountered is in it with pictures, notes, info like a flower and if mixed with another flower it makes....whatever like Nathan Drake's notebook.

That they don't dumb the franchise down AGAIN. It's simple enough for a chimp to understand already. I want levitation back and more skill diversity, dammit...

And that. Also that they don't kill off the best voice actor in the entire game within the first hour...

That would be neat.

I'm a good fan of bethesda but 3 things:
1)Hardcore mode on par with FNV
2)Diverse Scenery, I know its a lot to ask but Skyrim is a lot smaller than Cyrodil so come on!
3)Any step further toward Morrowind and into compexity is appreciated. Fast travel system has to go but the travel vendors should come back etc. Obviously some stuff from oblivion was good some brought the game more mainstream. It doesn't feel immersive and the strong tendency on combat was bad.

Take a bunch of the awesome mods for Oblivion and integrate them - Beautiful People, Deadly Combat, Open Cities, Harvest Flora, OOO, Francesco's, Unofficial Bug Fix, etc.

That's about it, really.

Multiplayer, plain and simple. Have it like Borderlands, with the option to do singleplayer, co op, or multiplayer based on your character's level.

I wants me a wife.

Other then that a little more personal involvement. I felt like a tool, didn't really care about anyone. How abuout a more fleshed out morality system?

I am half interested in this since oblivion had too many little immersion breaking things

I would hope that the main chrachter has some trace of personality like actual dialoge options or somthing (though mabye that goes against the core of the game) like somthing more in line with Fallout if that makes sense

BETTER 3RD PERSON!!!!!
belts, capes, two weapon fighting, better stealth (splinter cell conviction style please), a return of individual shoulder pauldrons and gauntlets (from morrowind), flight (wings, mounts, carpets, etc.), better horse controls (shadow of the colossus), combat while on a mount, climbing, insta-kill stealth moves, a larger library of weapons than oblivion and morrowind put together, more Patrick Steward or Liam Neeson, better leveling up system, my own boat (Skyrim's got a long coast, right?), and finally... less glitches (cause i know bethesda loves their glitches)

also BETTER 3RD PERSON! seriously if your going to give us the option, then dont just tack it on! (that bit of advice goes to all game developers too)

Hmm lets see...it would be nice to have different modes of transportation along with getting rid of quick travel. I enjoyed it on the 360 but it did make the game feel a lot smaller than what it was. So by adding different mounts other than horses (ie dragons, big-ass wolves idk, and some other third thing) then I would be perfectly happy besides any other obvious improvements.

At first I read Skingrad.. Was a bit confused.. Base a whole game around Skingrad?

Well, for TES V I'd like to see a game more like Morrowind then Oblivion, but with Oblivions fighting system.

Basically...

From Morrowind

Giant world, no level scaling, more factions and guilds.

From Oblivion

Fighting system, Alchemy system (it's basically cheating, but I like it), mounts.

New stuff?...

Mounted combat would be GREAT!

Fighting in groups would be AWESOME!

A deep plot like Morrowind had, but more creepier so that you really don't know who the bad guy is until the very end.

Also getting a chance to join with the bad guy after finding it out would be nice...

Perhaps more skills like crafting, forging, mining, fishing, cooking, you name it..

Yeah.. that's about it I guess..

EDIT: Oh yeah, the equipment system from Morrowind! How many pieces of equipment could you wear in Oblivion, 8? In Morrowind it was like 20 : )

The charm that Morrowind had. Oblivion was far middle of the road. It wasn't anywhere near as unique Morrowind was. Morrowind felt like an alien environment and I was captivated just walking around. Oblivion didn't.

That's all I ask. Some charm.

How about combat that doesn't suck or feel sloppy?
Need to get someone from DMC3 to help, or even God Hand.

Maybe some better 'massive battles', that aren't there because of a damn MOD!

Hmm... Graphics-wise, I want what's already been mentioned thus far, which just so happens to be what seems to have been confirmed, so no problem there. But as for gameplay, I'd really like a balanced levelling system that works on the goes-up-as-you-use-it principle in Oblivion, except altered in some way to allow for non-combat options to be feasible. Other than that? Eh, just more oblivion would be nice.
Also, more than 12 voice actors. Though it's okay if one of them is going to be Sean Bean again.

The dragons had better be cooler/more intelligent than the generic bosses they were in, say, Dragon Age. (It would also be awesome if I wasn't railroaded into killing them, but I find that more unlikely)
(Also: is that captcha anti-spam thing really necessary? I haven't noticed any spam)

Procedurally generated or dynamic anything.

The mentions of the radiant AI system show hints of this and it sound particularly interesting.
