What's your posts per year average?

I'm approaching my 2 year anniversary with this site. I'm glad the my friend Portal Maniac introduced me to this fun site. But I think, compared to many others, I have not used this site that much. I base this on the amount of posts that I have made on this site. I've seen some people that are close to 10,000 posts that have been here half as long as me.

I guess the point of all of this is that I want to find out if I'm right, and if use this site less compared to other people.

So I ask you, what is your average posts per year (and if you want to put, posts per day)

Mine is 385.5 posts per year and 1.05 posts per day.

Probably about five or so per day, I think. I couldn't really tell you nor I care.

Mine varies wildly, I couldn't give you exact numbers,
but I've been posting way more this year than I have any other year.

Also certain activities like Forum Games increase post count, sometimes with little effort.

I'm not really sure on the maths, but I think it's roughly 320 posts a year.

Of course I barely visited the site last year, and haven't posted much this year.

I'll tell you one thing though, User Groups get your post count up bloody quick.

I haven't been posting for a year, but I've done my calculations, and once It has been a year I will probably have made around 900 posts, maybe 1000, depends on what topics I'll be seeing.

A second person has just started using this account recently and she's posted quite a bit in Forum Games.

But I believe the guys who are at 10k posts after 3 years or so are cheating with RPs and users groups. I don't join those things because it would make me seem social over the internet, and that I don't like.

Statistically I have 7 posts a day, but that not a very good statistic to reflect on how often I use the site. I have gone on long periods of several months without posting much at all and then will come back and post 50 posts a day for a week. I'm kind of sporadic that way.

Your posts absolutely skyrocket if you join a group, or do the forum games. Once I actually joined a group that I was active in, the speed of my post count went up by at least 5 times, probably closer to ten.

Nobody particularly cares about post count on here anyway.

Ok, using one of those maths thingy's, I found out I have 2 posts a day, on average. That number's pretty low because I've been mostly inactive for the majority of my time here. My posts have gone up from about 400 to 1100 in the past few months, and most of that is very recently because of user groups. You get stupidly quick posts in those.

What's wrong with being social? Even if it is just with people you don't know?

Anyway accordingly to that link that Sassafrass provided-

156.19 per week (of 93.54)

669.39 per year (of 21.83)

8144.26 per year (of 1.79)

I suppose that is accurate as I do tend to make around 10-20 (or more) per day. It depend if there are any interestind threads made on that day and also if the Forum games I post in have move on since the last time I had posted it in.

Also bring on 4/12/2013! Since apparently at the rate I'm going that is when I'm going to hit the 20000 post count mark!!

I haven't even been a member for a year!

its a rate, easy enough to find out, in your case, you've been posting a staggering average of 55 a day, which frankly makes me wonder about your social life, keep it up and you will have approximately 20 thousand posts come December.

I'm not too sure actually. I've only been posting regularly since the end of last year and a lot of these are from user groups.
