If she isn't alienated by my humor and sporadic manic spells, and can at least respect, if not share my hobbies, beliefs, and occasional need for downtime, I'll probably be set, barring any major personality problems. I'm more lenient on looks than I am personality, but they still do play a part.
My type is this: High Intellect, preferably brunette or red head, and glasses if possible.
The more a person can surpass me in intellectual conversation, the more I seem to like them.

Anyway, the girl in that picture pretty much sums up my preferences except for a few key points. My ideal girl is Irish with long black hair, intelligent and at least somewhat funny (though goofy or quirky, preferably quirky, is also great). Someone who I can have a sensible conversation with but is also up for a laugh and loves to mess around.
Oh, and goth or indie girls also really turn me on
. Though I'm not a big fan of tattoos or excessive piercings...

Someone with abundant intelligence and sense of humor, nice body, and hasn't been *ugh* banged by more men than she can count on one hand. I'm not for those used women, but I know most guys prefer that or simply don't care. Of course, as a rule all mothers and wives (current or divorced) are also off limits, as I refuse to be "the other guy". My type should also be capable of keeping up with me in a conversation, isn't biased against trying new things, and must be completely trustworthy. We don't have to like the same things, but she's got to be into things that don't annoy the hell out of me. I don't care what her religion is as long as my beliefs are not intruded upon by hers. I also hate materialism and refuse to date smokers.

Yeah, hate to burst your bubble, but I worked with a contractor who provided equipment for Mythbusters, and while Adam and Jamie are exactly the same off-set as on the air, Kari has quite the ego. I don't even know anymore. Curves are nice, but the athletic ones if that makes any sense. If I had to put it as a metaphor I would say "I like a girl who has curves like a half pipe"... especially if she has a good personality.

As for me, I've never really had a type...as long as she's not a ***** and she's attractive, I'm set. Which is my current girlfriend, so, hooray for me!
Superficially... Somewhere between light brown and jet black hair, 5'8-10" tall, glasses are a plus but not necessary, hair somewhere between shoulder length and the small of her back, as for figure, I'd go for someone between Natalie Portman and Jessica Biel.
And of course I'd want someone smart, with a bit of sass, and energetic. If she's a fencer, she'd be perfect!

Laid back nerd I guess. I have random girls stalking me on facebook so I guess I'm somewhat attractive.
Quiet, funny, interesting, intelligent, a gamer, doesn't wear makeup (foundation may be ok), few piercings (maximum of 2(1 in each ear)), dark haired, must'nt have a horrid sounding laugh. Plus the obvious traits such as, must actually love me and not my money, must not be a control freak.
Well, my current girlfriend is a gamer (there is no reason girls should be struck down for liking video games by their friends, just putting that out there), blond-haired, a couple inches taller than me (>.>), and, incredibly nice/cute.
That's pretty much my "type."
