For me, it's pornography. I'm ashamed to admit, but I just can't seem to shake it.

While it's a little far for me to say anything, supporting each other can help.I Have No Idea said:Good to hear that you're trying to cut back.deadman91 said:Alcohol. I likely drink way to much of it. I'm starting to worry that people are hanging out with me less because whenever I go out I find myself with a drink. I'm cutting back now.
Maybe we could help each other? I dunno how though.dspike said:Sadly me too.
Try a library... No but in all seriousness, a good way to kick the internet habit is to stay away from computers every once in a while. My work mostly involves online Freelance, and I can safely say I got stuck browsing the escapist more than coding sometimesDreadman75 said:I have quite a few. Like another poster said, just stay away from computers when you need to be working. Try going to a coffee shop or something like that where you can focus, because if you stay at home, regardless of whether you're like "I'll just work in a different room" you'll eventually find yourself back at the computer.Dreadman75 said:I have quite a few. Since I've lost quite a bit of weight since, I'm inclined to believe that.Lectori Salutem said:Procrastination and laziness. That counts as well?
