so, I used to use IE on XP, and it worked fine and I was too lazy to change it seeing as how I never needed anything in a hurry.

but I just upgraded to windows 7 a month ago and it's like they didn't even bother to make IE compatible, every 5 minutes a pop up says that IE has stopped working and is resetting so now I have google chrome.

what do you use?

incidentally google chrome has marked google as a spelling error and is suggesting goggle, googly, go ogle, go-ogle and goodly as alternatives.

I use FireFox, and if ANYONE mentions "Plugins, ROFL" I'll have to ask you to step outside and introduce you to every single other explorer aside from IE.

I use Firefox. With the pipelining trick (google it) it's as fast as Chrome, and everything else about it is excellent. It's never ever crashed on me.

Chrome.
It's faster than everything except for Safari, but I hate Safari, so it is the best working one.

Chrome is pretty good. I get the same problem with IE, where it supposedly stops working every five minutes but is perfectly fine.

Firefox with a plugin or 3. Chrome might be more lightweight but who cares if you got ocean's of RAM.

Chrome. I use Firefox on my mac, cos it's got the plugins I need to do stuff, but for general browsing, Chrome on the PC.

It's just so damn fast!
Yeah, Chrome is fantastically quick.

Shame all my rss feeds are on Firefox... I actually rather like Firefox, it's just not as fast off the mark as Chrome. Still one of the best, though.

Safari, I prefer the look and the feel of it. Used to use Firefox but got sick of it's suicidal tendencies.

Chrome for about 3 days now. I've used firefox since it was released pretty much and it always worked fine. Then about 3 or 4 days ago, it started taking FOREVER to launch and the browsing was hit/miss slow. So far, chrome has been very fast and reliable.

I use Firefox and I have no speed issues. How fast is Chrome that I'm reading all these "fast!" comments?
As a Chrome user with quite possible the shittest connection around, as you already know Goat, I can vouch it is very quick and actually makes it easier and quicker for me to browse the site. Makes IE's loading speeds seem terrible.

It took an bloody age for me to download, though.
But it was worth it!

Google Chrome! I switched from Firefox a while ago, I find it to be much faster! For me, switching from Firefox to Chrome was like the first time I switched from IE to Firefox. I find Firefox likes to chunk up on me randomly so I figured I had nothing to lose by trying Chrome. I will always have a place in my heart for Mozilla, but Google has swept me off my feet!
