Safari. I rarely need plugins, and when I do I open up Firefox. IE is a piece of junk, but the rest of the main browsers are all pretty solid.

I'm using Firefox at the moment, but since I upgraded to Firefox 4 I've had frequent browser crashes and lock-ups. Think I'll download Chrome soon.
