IMHO, once existing prejudices go away (if ever), people will devise new ones.

On a more positive note (ish), though, prejudice goes away when it's you that benefits from it, because you have an incentive to pretend it doesn't exist and fight people trying to do anything about it.

Wait until everything is fine for you, and people like you, and then deny that anyone else with half a brain could feel differently about the situation. Then, there's no prejudice, or at least none you'll admit to or want to do anything about.

But I like people being different. A world where everyone is the same would be really fucking boring. Nothing new could be invented, nothing would be surprising. Sure, you get idiots who hate because of difference but I find difference the wonderful part of being human. Prejudice is bad, completely agree with that but the only way I see to get rid of prejudice would be to make everyone exactly the same. Which to me, is completely unacceptable.

A fair question. How I was referring to it in my above post was everyone being both physically and mentally the same, which is really the only way you could eliminate all prejudice. So you can see why that would be boring given what I said above.

Never, because everyone isn't of equal value nor does everyone have the same conditions and resources in life. Im short, im not equal too a tall muscular man. I might have other traits that compensate for this but in that aspect he's of more worth than me, he has better genes and chances in life than I do.

Prejudice is healthy too, when not acted upon. I may think this and that about some aspect of you but I will still give everyone a chance to prove me wrong.

You're right in the Harrison Bergeron sense, but thankfully we're not there. There is little to find "boring" about human life, particularly when you add a hyper-substantive life against it (see again Harrison Bergeron).
