Rapelay.

Only game I've ever felt should be banned. Thankfully, it's already bannable under existing child porn laws, so no special video game banning laws are needed, despite what many lawmakers said in response to its release.

When grammar bad you have. (Sorry had to do it.)

I think there's only been one or two games that have gone too far. (Manhunt)

But I'm personally turned off to a game when it's about nothing but violence and has no intellectual, artistic or comedic value to it such as the upcoming Bulletstorm.

(Seriously would anyone have even known this game was coming out if Fox hadn't made a fuss about it?)
I haven't played Manhunt but I imagine it could have some strong statements about what it means to murder. How horrifying a situation it would be. I find the premise of the game (one character being forced to commit such atrocities solely for another's pleasure) to be incredibly interesting, especially considering the connotations it could be making about the player themselves.
Yeah I wound up buying Bulletstorm anyway just to see if it could prove me wrong.

Pfffffft. H-games can get a lot worse than RapeLay. That one just had the misfortune of being put in the spotlight.
