It says, "When God gives you lemons". Now, my becoming Atheist upon a deity handing me some fruit wouldn't make much sense now would it? No, what I was stating was that, since I am currently Atheist, upon such indisputable proof of god, I would become a Theist.
The a is a separate word in this case.
