How do you guys not end up getting hurt more? I wouldn't feel safe being a ref even if I was wearing full padding.

I have multiple bosses and they're all like that. It is awesome but I don't get free lunch though. Probably just as well mind you considering what they eat.

Well the lunch doesn't have to be free, it would most likely be the Shrimp Fried Rice I mentioned, so it hopefully wouldn't cost much.

Actually I could handle that for lunch every day.

If you're doing it right, you're never in the way enough to get hurt. That said, we're wearing more padding than it looks like we are.

As a ref, I'm wearing a jock(duh), thigh pads, shin pads, my skates and elbow pads under my jersey and pants. You just can't see them.
