I used to worka shift that allowed me to wake up around three PM, myself. I still considered I ate after waking up breakfast. Even if it was tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.

The National Zombie Committee disagrees.
Well if you're a zombie then the National Heart Foundation would disagree with your diet.

You know what they say about brains; once on the lips, twice on the hips.

It's never to late to have breakfast. Some companies like Jack-in-the-Box serve it all day, so there must be a need for it.

I may go home tonight and have some of my Star Trek Eggos.

You wake up at 3pm.

Umm, what is wrong with you? If your mom is nagging at you over it, then she is clearly a good mother and you Sir need to listen to her.

3pm... sheesh. Freaky sleeping rythm much?
.
Im a diagnosed insomniac with severe nightmares that cause me to onlyever get about 3 hourssleep at a time, if i'm lucky.
Too much Courage the Cowardly Dog, I guess. And I'd say that around four, it's too late. If the sun hasn't started to set yet, then you can still have breakfast.

There's no such thing as too late to have breakfast. Those who say otherwise are lying and must be purged.

If you're assuming breakfast as being your first meal of the day, I had breakfast at 5 PM yesterday.

It's never too late, because once it becomes "too late" aka tomorrow, it's tomorrow am, am is "traditional folk" breakfast time. Besides, I'm sure you can have the excuse of "well it's bound to be breakfast time somewhere..."
