12:59pm, after that it is either brunch or lunch. Long story short if the time you are having breakfast is not to early to have lunch, then it is to late.

Peace x x

Breakfast, lunch and dinner all have to do with the time itself.
Breakfast is from 3am-12pm
Lunch is from 12pm-6pm
Dinner is from 6pm-12am
Midnight snack is from 12am-3am

During dinner but then time magically loops and anytime after is fine. So basically anytime I'm not eating dinner, breakfast is ok.

NEVER! pancakes, bacon... cereal? all the damn time man... you can eat em 24 hours a day since it is universally accepted by intelligent creatures as valid food... some restaurants refuse to serve breakfast foods later than a certain time... and they suck.

I'm the same age and have the same problem as you. I always seem to get up at about 2pm. I think that meals count for when you wake up. eg. You wake up at 2pm I would say any meals from then to about 4pm would be breakfast. then Lunch from 4pm - 7pm This also depends on when you go to sleep and how many meals you have and when. Of course you could solve this problem if you just call it a brunch.

Breakfast is the best meal of the day, and it occurs whenever I decide it to occur, usually more than once.

Your "internal body clock" is going to be telling you its breakfast even if you know it's 3:00 PM.

I've been struggling with mine recently; the result of which is a couple of days ago I actually only saw about 2 hours of sunlight.

I'm trying to go to sleep earlier, like 2:00 AM as opposed to 6:00 AM (please, don't ask why. I really have no idea). It's not working very well.

On another note, I now know I could adapt to a 28 hour day providing I get 9 hours of sleep each "day".

Goddamn, I hate it when I go into town and I'm running a little late and I wander into McDonald's for pancakes or a big breakfast, and they're all 'Sorry, it's 10:32, we've stopped serving breakfast now'. Makes me want to go all Michael Douglas - 'Falling Down' on them, even tho I know they've got rules and they need to cycle over to the lunch menu and it's my own fault for showing up late. it IS only half past ten tho, it's not midday by any stretch.

Would it kill em to have one till open for breakfast for half an hour? Even if they only sold the excess, I get the horrible feeling 10:30 hits and they just bin everything in case it gets in the way of another happy meal sale.

I just want some damn pancakes.

Grrr..vent over.

At least my local independent cafe serves what the damn hell I want, when I want from the moment they open til 3pm when they close. If I want a bacon sandwich with fries in the roll, they'll do it, if I want fries, beans, sausage, scrambled egg and fried eggs, and a quarter pounder burger with no bun, they'll do it.

It's never too late for breakfast. Speaking of which, I think I shall have fried eggs and bacon for dinner tonight.
