If it's your first meal in's breakfast.

Even if it's 4pm and you're eating Chinese take away, it's still going to be breakfast.

Therefore it is never too late.
This, to me breakfast isn't really a chronological routine, it's a bodily routine. The first meal is what really counts.

So eating leftover pizza and chicken wings can be considered breakfast. And delicious cereal can be considered dinner.

You wake up at 3pm.

Umm, what is wrong with you? If your mom is nagging at you over it, then she is clearly a good mother and you Sir need to listen to her.

3pm... sheesh. Freaky sleeping rythm much?
.
Im a diagnosed insomniac with severe nightmares that cause me to onlyever get about 3 hourssleep at a time, if i'm lucky.
Ha, I was about to bother you similarly. My roommate last year slept in 'til 5 PM a few times. He was also an enormous druggie, so read into that what you will.

For me, waking up past 10 is grounds to say "fuck it" and wait 'til lunch. 9 or anything earlier, and I'm all about me some breakfast.

Well...you can technically have breakfast food at any time, but after about 11 a.m., I don't think you can call it breakfast anymore. Then it's lunch, even if you are eating pancakes.

Or you could just call it brunch and save the dilemma? xD

In my flawed opinion,Breakfast,Lunch, dinner, are only names given to set meals at set points, with little real relevence.
Consider somebody on a that works nocturnally, their 'Breakfast' may be at a drastically different time due to their sleeping patterns.

Never too late for breakfast, or especially breakfast food. Fast food restaurants don't have a say over breakfast times, even though some people seem to think they do. They just do it because the normal (read: weird) people don't like to eat good food after a certain time.
