When You Are Bored...

What do y'all do? And I don't mean sorta bored. I mean so bored that you don't want to watch tv or play video games, so bored that you don't want to do the normal things you do when you're bored.

To give an example, I look at the personal adds on craigslist because they're funny. Or I make posts on Escapist forums!

Browse forums, browse Reddit (even though I kind of hate the site), check gaming news sites/blogs, listen to random songs or watch stuff like LPs on Youtube, or sleep.

Right now I'm posting in inane topics on these forums and listening to Studio Ghibli soundtracks on Youtube.

Such a thrilling existence I inhabit.

Both of them mainly just upload/make pokemon fan flash, but some of Goemboy's work is really entertaining.

I write, or at least I attempt to continue one of several works that have been sitting there for weeks and months on end. Most of the time I can't get behind what I'm actually adding to it, though, so it's only during a few sparse flashes of inspiration that I'll either make a few notes for future reference or type another couple of paragraphs that I don't end up deleting afterwards because I think it sounds stilted or otherwise "off".

Other than that, I probably read stuff, or play something like Worms or Crimsonland - something that I can quit in a round or two. Or browse the Net.

Whenever I get a sort of temporary "Game Burnout" and loose interest in playing games for a bit, I often end up laying on my stomach on the couch or my bed, do some random thing for a bit, and eventually I'm back to playing Catherine or whatever.

Whenever I get a sort of temporary "Game Burnout" and loose interest in playing games for a bit, I often end up laying on my stomach on the couch or my bed, do some random thing for a bit, and eventually I'm back to playing Catherine or whatever.

That's the problem I've been having. Getting bored of my usual games. It's making me think about starting up my WoW account again, but I'm not quite that desperate yet. Yet.

When I'm bored and I don't wanna do anything like play games, I do housework.
Boring as fuck but it has to be done and I'm bored anyway.

Occasionally when the mood strikes me I will bake a cake or some muffins.

But mostly I just piss around on youtube looking at adorable things-
