I like to be well dressed, so even if I'm not going anywhere my shirt will usually have a collar and buttons at the least.

Do you care about what you wear or how you wear it? Do you care if it's wrinkled or that you've been in your pajamas all day?
Yes. This is why none of my clothing can get wrinkled or has more than one way of being worn. Always presentable with zero effort. :)

I always wear a shirt and shorts unless I'm going out to meet friends/go to uni. I spontaneously go on runs so I get away with it.

Jeans, belt, t-shirt, hoodie (hood up naturally).
Unless its summer, then I get rid of the hoodie.
Although, mid-winter I have a habit of walking around in my underwear when nobody's home.

Between finishing high school and going to uni I spent the better part of 8 months in my underwear. I only put on pants when I had to leave the house because apparently it's considered "indecent exposure" to walk the dog around the neighbourhood in my boxers. I still go running without a shirt on and when I'm at my gym near my house I will sometimes work out shirtless too cos it's more comfortable though people will give you odd looks.

Wait, you mean people give a damn about their outwards appearance when leaving the house? <.<

No, but really, I go with what's comfortable. Or rather, what I can find on the floor that is closest to the bed. Sure, not always the most comfortable, but rather that than having to move 3 meters to get something else.

If I'm staying in and I've just woken up then I won't even bother getting dressed, provided that it's not a chilly day, I'll just strut my stuff in my boxers until I feel like it's too cold to do so in which case I'll slip on some jogging bottoms and a tank top

My underwear habit tends to annoy my family though, especially if we're all sat down for a meal together, so my mum often insists I clothe myself for meals

Pretty much once I finish work put on my pyjamas and then don't change unless I have to go out or go do the weekly shop. Did it at when I lived home as well my mum kind of gave up on me and my brother getting dressed on weekends or didn't mind, used to drive my dad mad though still does.

You're assuming I give a fuck about what I wear at any point in time. Which I don't.

Occasionally if I'm going to a party, I'll put on a shirt, but for the most part I just wear whatever feels comfortable wherever I go and whatever I do.

Now imagine knowing a missile alert can pop up at any second. If the boys in Gaza get bored I have to run to the shelter to meet the neighbors for a friendly chat in my underwear.

Yeah, if I have no plans to go anywhere and the roomies aren't around, I'll lunge around in my pajamas all day.
