When MW2 came out i played soo much that when i saw an airplane in the sky I would try and take out a rocket launcher and try to shoot it down while saying they have a UAV.

I have most of my energy redirected to my fingers. Seriously, I can never keep them still. They're always air-drumming or fiddling with something.

After the first Assassin's Creed, I would constantly look for all climbable escape routes I could use if chased on campus.

ALL THE TIME. Really, it's almost constant.
Recently? Ok:
Whilst near a friends pool, I reached into my pocket for the Zora Mask, planning to go and find some extra rupies for the Lemonade I wanted to buy;
I once tried to double jump onto a ledge;
I saw some blue cordial at a friends house and drank it immediately, without asking- assuming no one would mind;
I pressed V when I saw a cat running at me. It didn't work;
I looked at a lock on my door, trying to see what lock level it was.

I caught myself going to pick a plant to put it into my inventory for alchemical purposes, a la Oblivion. My exact thought was "I don't think I have that in my inventory! Sweet!" Then I remembered I wasn't playing a video game.

Whenever I see shelf mushrooms I try to determine if it's Bungler's Bane or Hypha Facia.

A friend of mine had been marathoning Twilight Princess, and took a break to walk outside. It had rained, and a drop of water caught some light and got all shiny. He tried to catch it. He thought it was a bug.

If I see someone who looks like a special infected, i instinctively scream the name of the infected. I get some funny looks when i scream "BOOMER!" at people.

My friend and I were out walking around downtown one day, some stat holiday, and it was totally deserted. I kept looking around excpeting Civil Protection goons to show up, I even found a few good spots for Strider battles or Combine Snipers.

I was hiking with that same friend a week ago and we kept pitching pokemon references because we were walking through tall grass.

Also too much Assassin's Creed has me planning rooftop routes as well, and wishing I had infinite endurance.

When I had my stroke, the first thing I asked my brother to do when he found me lying on the floor was to dial the phone number of my at the time DM, so I could tell him, "I'm not feeling well... don't think I'll make it to the session on Saturday."
"Who is this?" was his reply.

On one occasion I ate a mushroom, grew giant, and stomped every turtle in sight.

On another I just sat in a neon-lit room for hours eating pills and running from ghosts.

I sometimes feel as though I'm a sim. I can almost image a green diamond over my head. Like my whole life is a lie and I'm just a simple player char. in game. Who's only goal is to get 20 slime tokens which will open the gate to Mt. Doom. That everyday I'm just exp grinding to upgrade my class from Elec. student to Electrician to Game design student to game developer.

I keep hearing the achievement noise whenever I do something remotely noteworthy...

'be-doop' - Cooked dinner
'be-doop' - actually did some work!
'be-doop' - went a whole day without actually going outdoors...

I saw this couple in the park being rather more intimate than usual for a public place. The guy was wearing a hoodie, the girl was wearing something red I couldn't see properly. It took everything I had to stop myself from yelling "HUNTER ON ZOEY!"

I was a Dance Dance Revolution nut. One thing I and all the other players noticed is that, after playing DDR for any length of time, you would start seeing scrolling arrows whenever you closed your eyes. I actually never met anyone that this didn't happen to.

I wonder if this happened to people who played Guitar Hero. I played a lot of GH, but I don't really remember it ever happening to me. What makes the difference, I wonder?[/quote]

BA HA HA HA *ahem* Oh, you dork. *ahem* Yeah, I uh, I sometimes hear a song on the radio and visualize the notes as coloured buttons. *cough* :)

I can recall the entireity of Earthbound in my head, including every location, most of the dialogue etc. Annoyingly I haven't play it in months. I'm trying to forget it so I can buy a universal adapter and play it on my PAL SNES and enjoy it to the max.

I tried to bring up a button to go invisible.
Damn, I love playing as the Infiltrator in Mass Effect 2, but it sure does fuck with me in the oddest ways.
