Usually I want to relieve stress in the bedroom, but I have a stressball Clyde (of Pacman fame) at work, because the other option wouldn't be professional lol.

OT: Depends, usually I'll shout but if my anger persists I'll usually end up punching the nearest thing that isn't alive. I never get depressed so that isn't an issue with me.

I play Minecraft. That's some amazing stress relief and it gets my mind off of whatever shit I'm angry at.

I draw something when I'm angry - sounds stupid, but it lets you relax surprisingly good (not always possible in a conflict situation though)

Depends. If I'm just generically angry, I will most likely punch something.

If someone has pissed me off, I will tell them, in a terrifyingly calm manner and in excruciating detail, exactly what I will do to them if they insist on pissing me off. It usually works, and trust me, they usually deserve it.

As for depressed? I try to just ignore it. Play games the like. If I still insist on being depressed, I hit myself. Not too hard, but hard enough to tell myself to man the fuck up. No offence meant to people who are depressed, but I personally have little time for depression, if I did have more time, and didn't mind another kind of mental health problem going on my records for employers to use for corporate discrimination purposes, I would probably get myself checked by a doctor. But I don't have time, so I just concentrate on keeping my mind out of the way of my goals.

Minecraft, working on my dwarven-esque underground complex really calms my mood.

Failing that, lots of beer. It's hard to be in a bad mood when you've passed out. :>

This, I tend to punch things but I can't punch properly and I'm not very strong so it hurts. That takes my mind off the anger, not in a sad 'the physical pain makes my forget my emotional pain blah blah blah' way but in a 'why on earth would I punch the door? I'm retarded' way.

This is usually followed by sulking or yelling depending on who/what I'm angry at.
It's a very mature way of dealing with things.

Angry and depressed have merged into a unified state of mind in the past few months. When it gets particularly bad, I listen to 'Bleed' by Meshuggah on repeat for a while and play some Tetris. Drinking a couple of beers or having a joint and playing some Portal or Mirror's Edge is also quite therapeutic.
But the best idea is to have a long bath while listening to math-rock and re-reading an old book, then head to bed and escape your treacherous mind. Actually, sleeping is the only real solution to blue funks, from my experience.

i get in my car drive to the state park near me and race around he twisting winding tracks. tires squealing and music blaring. drifting through hairpins at 60 MPH. It's living on the edge. any second a deer or bear could walk into the road and total my car. nothing but me and the road.

i want to note that i only do this early in the morning like 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM when no one is out.

Anger i play saints row while listening to Eminem pissed off music like "kill you" usually.
When depressed i listen to kid cudi and Beatles while staying awake for days/weeks at a time.

When I was in the city (Saint Louis), I'd sometimes do some parkour around my neighborhood. It really helped.
