End as in: no life whatsoever or Fallout type situation?

End as in you could click your fingers and the entire world would go *poof*.

In that case, never. I don't want the world to just *poof*.

If the world is ever about to become the slave of a ruling faction of something, I'd make the world be destroyed in the past, just for the lulz (paradox and what-not). So if the world can neither exist or not exist, then it must be both, and as the instigator of the paradox I hope to get some sort of trans-dimensional power out of it, so I could just send the ruling faction into the non-world dimension, thereby being a hero ... also, solar panels would work so much better with the light of two universes.

Not until space travel becomes so advanced that every last person has migrated away from Earth for good. While taking as many plants and animals as they can with them too. Once that happens, THEN I can put an end to the world without causing TOO much of an impact.
