I've been reading alot about AC: Revelations lately (well, not alot. The same stuff over and over), and it got me wondering, where and when would I make Desmond go in the Animus next? Personally, I like the setting of the AC comic book, entitled The Fall.

Yes, I know the character in The Fall isn't related to Desmond, but wouldn't it be a cool setting? Russia just seems right.

So, yea.. Where and When would you like the next Assassin's Creed after Revelations? (Which I suppose would be Assassin's Creed 3?)

Yea, that'd be pretty interesting.. Didn't Altair, or his son have something to do with the downfall of Ghengis Khan?

EDIT: Ok, maybe he didn't; but he tried =P

Honestly? I'd like Desmond's story to finish pretty soon, just to get him out of the way.

And obligatory Victorian London. Seriously, GET ON IT UBISOFT.

I really don't care i just hope they end Desmond story and solve all the plot holes (and posibly script errors)

But... i just hope they don't go with the otaku fans... i don't want AC3 to be set in Japan or China... would be lame and it's too over esploted.

France, or England sounds good to me.

The future! In spaaaaaaaaace! Although now that you guy's mention it, victorian london would be kinda cool. Or ancient greece. How about 1940-something germany? That would be cool.

Think that I have to side with the Victorian England lot, and make it the last one before the future one ^^.

I cannot be entirely sure, I major in Ezio and his hob knobbing about more than anything, and a dirty little secret is, I've never played the first one simply because I didn't like Altair...Sorry but I find it hard to enjoy a game with a character I feel nothing towards. Malik on the other hand <3 ...

But Yes! Get Desmond out of the way! He's shite! Bland! And unlovable!

Victorian/Industrial England.

It would be very contrasting going from the sunny streets of Italy (or Turkey) to grey London, but I think it could work.

I want Desmond's story to end. Here's why: The Animus plot device is cool.....but very restrictive. It sucks that We HAVE to play as one of Desmond's direct ancestors. It's the reason why we're just seeing these 3 same dude Over and Over again. Imagine if we became free of the plot device? Ubisoft could make a 100 AC spin-offs with that kinda plot freedom! Cook up any crazy thousand year spanning plot they want!

For example, while Constantinople sounds like a Great idea for a setting, I don't want to play as Ezio again. It would've been cool if you could play as One of his recruits from Brotherhood Instead. But Alas, the Animus prevents this.

Also, I want to play as a female Assassin. I'm a man btw, and I'm not talking about one of those sexy, half-naked, saucy assassins from [every piece of fiction that has ever had a female assassin]. I mean a Female teenage member of the Assassin Order, who rises to the ranks of a recruit. If she's a teenager (~15), then she can't be sexualized by the Devs, hence they will have to rely ENTIRELY on her characterization to hold the interests of Players. I think that could result on HELL of a good character. Anyone agree?

I feel dirty now...I really wanted one set in Japan simply due to interesting history and the use of assassins in feudal times as well as when europe began to come over and set up missions converting ppl to Christianity...

Oh, I totally understand that. Altair wasn't the most interesting or deep character around. Thats kind of what I'm hoping revelations will fix.

Yes I know what you mean about the animus, but that runs the risk of bastardizing AC, having more bastard children than Ezio.

I'd like to see a new character like Desmond, a young female, I love that you feel that way, I love writing fics with OCs and a lot of my readers like how the implement well. It's actually one of my OC's Valiant, a young girl, that has both male and female memories in her DNA. I always envisioned her as a young girl, about 16 and more like Rebeeca.

Ubisoft this is all I ask:
LET ME PLAY AS MOTHERFUCKING MALIK!!!!!!

Ancient Greece, Locations like Sparta and Athens (you could even go to Crete) would be awesome. Of course back tracking in history would mean that you'd have to take away some of the weapons Ezio had, which would be a bit of a bummer. But I just want to assassinate someone in the middle of the ancient amphitheater, ot the Pantheon.

Also, I don't think more modern settings like WW2 would work. The close range stabby combat that they've managed to perfect over the last 3 games would just become obsolete if your enemies all have sub machine guns and tanks, and if you gave the assassin lotse of guns to compensate it would just become a stealth based tps, which is not as assassins creed game.

Oddly enough I found I had much more sympathy for Altair as a character when I was reading his codex entries in AC2 than I ever had playing him in AC1
