Vienna, 19th century.
Make it during the Congress of Vienna 1814/15. Representatives of all the big European dynasties were there to undo the changes Napoleon introduced to the continent and to make sure that there wouldn't be any more revolutions. I'm pretty sure among them were some templars to stab.

I'll say the same thing I did the last time this topic turned up:

Elizabethan England from roughly 1580 to 1603. You've got the Spanish Armada, Catholic spies, an aging queen with no clear successor and people plotting against her, William Shakespeare, the plague, Christopher Marlowe and his mysterious death/assassination...it's got it all.

According to GameTrailers, it's set in Constantinople, still with Ezio:

I have to say.. I think this one would be incredibly cool. The only problem I can see is that your enemies would likely have guns in large numbers. Victorian London would at least have a largely unarmed police force, giving your blade wielding assassin more of a chance.

Why finish Desmond's story? That's the main story behind it all.
It's just getting a bit drawn out is all,

And the ending to BH, over the credits the voices said they had to put "him" back in the Animus, him could easily be a descendant of Desmond's reliving D's memories. Plus I can't forgive him for what he did to my precious Lucy, mind control or not.

I just guess I'm getting annoyed that it's been 3 games and his story hasn't had an end. Similarly, I'm glad Ezio's is meant to be ending in Revelation. That said I wouldn't mind more Desmond if they fleshed him out a bit.

Victorian England would be quite fun though. Who do you reckon the head Templar/bad guy would be if that's where the game did take place?
Honestly? Queen Victoria herself, like other Templars, here we have a woman in a strong seat of influence and indirect power, plus she is "the grandmother of Europe", being closely related to pretty much every European monarchy since the 1850s.

Although she wasn't Catholic, so being directly linked to a former Pope would be weird, that could be turned into another conspiracy which the series seems to love. Also, she developed Haemophilia when no previous ancestor had it, which could be too much time with the apple?

I have the same reasoning for wanting to play as him more, we'll get to see something of actual importance happen to him in one big ball, rather these five minutes of gameplay with a dull character and massive parts of the plot.

I want to know a whole lot more about Desmond, I just relistened to the end part and it does sound pretty weird, you're probably right about this animus inside an animus thing. I thought it was about Desmond going back in and then about Subject 17 and I have no idea why I did.

At the end of Brotherhood where you pick up the Apple, Juno says 'The cross darkens the horizon' before you have to kill Lucy, the cross being the Templar cross. As well as that, Lucy has a the DDS screen up on her computer, that's Templar technology used to access other peoples memories that the Assassins don't have. On top of that, there are the foot prints that appear in red outside Monteriggioni.

Nothing ever means nothing in AC.

That'd be Revelation's. This is all speculation on Assassin's Creed 3. You know, the 5th game in the main console series... =P

Also, I want to play as a female Assassin. I'm a man btw, and I'm not talking about one of those sexy, half-naked, saucy assassins from [every piece of fiction that has ever had a female assassin]. I mean a Female teenage member of the Assassin Order, who rises to the ranks of a recruit. If she's a teenager (~15), then she can't be sexualized by the Devs, hence they will have to rely ENTIRELY on her characterization to hold the interests of Players. I think that could result on HELL of a good character. Anyone agree?
Aye. A female assassin would be nice. Maybe gameplay could be more stealth and speed based then. Give her the badass attitude of Altair and the cool-ness of Ezio and I think we're golden. I don't see why this can't happen, c'mon, can't Desmond have a female ancestor?

OT: Victorian London please. And a new ancestor. Seriously. We love Ezio, but I think he's overstayed his welcome. Though I will say that being able to play as multiple characters is a plus.
