Ah, memories. I'm an old, old man by the standards of this forum, I think.

FWIW, I did Maths at Cambridge (UK, not Mass.!) about 20 years ago.

Title pretty much sums it up. This is the time when it seems most people are finding out about their acceptances. So for people starting college in the fall, where are you going? Or if you're currently in college, which school do you attend?

I guess I'll start us off. I'll be going to George Washington University in D.C.
You might want to amend the OP with a mention that 'college' means 'university', for everyone outside the US.

Hopefully I'll be going to Oxford.

Woo! What are the odds? Not one but TWO people are at Wright State on this very thread. Very badass.

Woot! Go Raiders! I think once I get my Bachelor's, I'll get my masters in "slacking off" from Crazy Go Nuts University. I wonder if they have a doctorate program.
I'll probably get at least an honorary degree in Drunk Batshitery.

I'm going to U Can't Finish the University of Central Florida, where I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Media (Game Design), with a minor in Computer Science. So I'm going to a science college for an art degree and end up doing more things with science than art. Go figure.

I still have a few years before I even apply, but I'm thinking a mathematics major at MIT...

HA. Well, I guess it isn't impossible, but in reality I'll probably go to UMCP (University of Maryland, College Park).

Currently at Auburn University Montgomery, studying Anthropology with a minor in Geography. I just received my certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) [http://www.brighthub.com/office/career-planning/articles/94304.aspx?p=2]. Considering that most people here are computer literate, it's one of the easier career certificates to earn, which excellent job market potential.

about 2.5 year into bachelors for Computer Science Major, Cognitive Science minor at Illinois State University. I am contemplating transferring somewhere that has a cog sci major, but still has a strong focus in comp sci and neurology. ISU does well with the comp sci, and has a decent amount of medicine/bio/some neuro stuff as they are primarily a nursing/education university, but not as much focus as I'd like (or to major in it).

So far the universities I've found with a strong cog sci major are either ridiculously difficult to get into, prohibitively expensive, or are really just focused on the more liberal arts side of cog sci like linguistics and anthro, which are cool, just not the source of my 10 year obsession with the field.

With any luck it'll be one of four schools, all with a ROTC scholarship:

OSU
WasU
UofA-Anchorage
UofWis

Other than that, one of the 5 service academies.
