Mine is Shion from the anime Higurashi during one of the more freaky scenes depicted in the anime and I opted to switch because I was extremely entertained by how insane thing anime can get; total mind fuck akin to Evangelion in many ways. Her laugh in this scene is awesomely insane and I have every intention of making it a ring tone to screw with random people. Sudden menacing laughing out of nowhere FTW!

Blech... mine is Satoko from the anime Higurashi (hehehe). Meh, I love her laugh, but this picture is from one of the worst moments for her. But I made it into a (crap, but the first I've ever made (At least using GIMP and not in school)) Gif. And I can also agree with Bourne on the fact that the anime is mind fuck akin to Evangelion, as I just watched through the whole series...
