Mine is from the webcomic Keychain of Creation, specifically the character Misho Thrice-Radiant. It's sort of similar to Order of the Stick, in that it bases its world off an RPG system (in this case, Exalted) and the artistry is relatively minimalist, but that's about it.

I got it by saving one of the comics and cropping the hell out of it. I like Misho's personality, and since I have glasses and am rather bitingly sarcastic, I thought it was appropriate. (I'm not blond, though.)
