Where do people get the Escapist avatars?

Well, as Radeonx said a bit earlier, I miss Hypnotoad too. Your Bayonetta was fair enough, as well, but this?

Cant really say, not a big fan of anime. it was funny I suppose, but the storys baffaling and odd to say the least. then again every anime I watch is like that

There is the March Mayhem thread that did mine, just tell them what you want/ give them a picture and they get back to you reasonably quickly (at least they did in my case). For my non March mayhem avatar, I just typed "Vincent D'Onofrio" into google images.
