Where is my signature edition?

I pre-ordered my DAII signature edition back in december, like many fellow brits, but when i went into work today to pick it up i discovered that my store had only received two signature editions. One on the Pc and one on the 360. The other GAME stores in the area were in a similar position. It seems that the signature edition, at least in the Manchester are, was something of a myth.
It appears that EA has dicked me over a little bit.
Have any of my fellow brits had any trouble getting hold of their signature editions?

I'm having a similar problem, I come from the North-East and I was supposed to receive a phonecall from the GAME store at the silverlink on the day of release; as of yet i've still received no such call. I'm planning on phoning them myself tomorrow, can't begin to explain how much I will kill them if they've not kept a signature edition of the game for me!

If I were you I'd call them ASAP.

In Canada, EB Games only holds pre-order copies for two days and it would suck if you missed out on yours because of some error on their part not giving you a call.

Really i got my signature edition fine but then again that might be because its the gt5 signature edition.

My flatmate is a PC gamer and ordered the signature edition off Play.com. I, however, didn't even know there was a signature edition until yesterday since I buy all my games from GAME and they didn't even advertise it so I just bought the normal edition

If they are in the same situation we are in in manchester, then you probably won't be getting it. If they only got one or two and some other people who pre-ordered it picked it up first then you will be flat out of luck. And its absolute bollocks and shouldn't be happening.

That's absolutely ridiculous. How can they even justify doing that? People have obviously pre-ordered the game for a reason, they can't just not stock the copies that people have ordered.
Do you plan on complaining or are you just going to settle for the standard edition?

Its not really GAMEs fault if they haven't been delivered to them, its EAs for not delivering it in the first place.
And there isn't much else i can do other than settle. Think i might complain to EA though. You can damn well bet GAME is going to complain to them.

I hear you.... I preordered my signature edition on October 15th, online, with Gamestation.co.uk. When release day came and went and I still hadn't received any notification (they usually e-mail you when it shops), I started to get worried. The first time I called they put me on hold for 12 minutes before disconnecting me. The second time, I finally got to speak to someone who told me they were "sold out".

Of course, the first thing that came to mind was this:

GAME Group have had horrendous problems with reservations of the signature.

My local store got 3 Xbox, 1 PS3 in stock.

They had 5 XBox, 2 PC and 3 PS3 preorders.

I can assure you that most stores know it was an exclusive, and would have been holding it for you, but when they only receive a third as many copies as they needed just to satisy pre-orders, there ain't much they can do.

Same happened to me and im pissed enough to actualy bother posting about it

Preordered Signature Edition/PC a good while before release from a big site here in sweden (spelbutiken.se) and literaly on noon release day i get a mail stating i wont be able to get it as they havent got enough copies. So not only did they screw me on the signature edition but also they screwed me on release date and since its the last day before weekend i wont be able to get it before maybe a week later. And the "compensation" they offer is ridicolous, an nondescript excuse and a 50SEK (5?) discount on normal edition.
