Fixed it for you. I'm not an official Grammar Nazi as I haven't become anal retentive enough but they exist. They are like unicorns prancing around grammar fields and your local library. I would suggest you check the reference section.

Grammar Nazis don't have a particular zone on the internet. Think of them as a virtually nomadic tribe, or some kind of digital bard. Perhaps a wondering minstrel?

To answer your question, grammar Nazis don't congregate in any one area. They roam the internet at large waiting for their preferred prey: illiterate and intolerant posters. Grammar Nazis delight in not only correcting their errors, but basking in the resulting rage as well.
