Theres a massive FRICKIN' GATE near where orsinium should be. That'd be a good place for an expansion since it has harsh, craggy mountains and is too small for an actual game to be based there. Not to mention the Orc I found near the gate, however she may have been a coincidence.

A province sounds too big to be possible for me. I think they'll keep going with Oblivion Planes.
They might do Morrowind, just vardenfell.

It's a dust choked wasteland ever since Red Mountain erupted. Though as for oblivion planes I'd personally like to see Hircine's realm, though they already did an expansion about him. :[

Well both Morrowind and Oblivion had Daedra-themed expansions (Bloodmoon was Hircine, Shivering Isles was Sheogorath) so one of the Daedra might be featured. I doubt it will be Molag Bal...if you want a post-apocalyptic Bethesda RPG, just go play Fallout.

There was a rumor flying around pre-Skyrim that TES5 would actually be set in the Summerset Isles..maybe it will go there? Especially given how important High Elves are to the story.

So as for which Daedra it could be, well...

Sanguine is interesting and certainly posses comic appeal but lacks the characterization to build a deep story out of, so I don't think it will be him.

Given the number of Zombie games out lately, one featuring Mephala (Who fights undead) is possible.

A horror themed expansion based on Boethiah (Best. Shrine. EVER) or Vaermina would be nice.

I seriously doubt that Dwarves will be involved...if Bethesda wanted us to know what happened to them, there would be more information in the games.

Hmmm, I guess I'll need to rethink it. I like the idea of going back to past Skyrim, seeing all the locations and places as meadows and hills instead of glaciers and snow.

I dunno, I'm lost. We'll see how it does.

I just want a DLC that deals with the Thalmor, they were the one loose end in Skyrim.

I demand closure!

I have a feeling it's gonna be something involving the Dwemer. They really amped up "the mysterious dwemer" in this game, and I have a feeling that it's gonna have something to do with Dragons. Maybe an underground world?

I'm just hoping it's not in Skyrim how the Knights of the 9 were in Cyrodil.

Bear in mind, my thinking on this is entirely based on the DLC for Oblivion.

One piece will be in Skyrim. If so, it might involve one of these things:

Something to do with the Dwemer; there was a seriously insane number of Dwemer ruins, not to mention several quests revolving around their ruins and technology. Maybe it'll be retrieval of something truly fantastic, maybe there'll be a Falmer invasion. Or maybe there'll be some device that's threatening to destroy the world. Bethesda likes things like that. Personally, I'm holding out for whatever caused the collapse of Winterhold.

The Thalmor. If Bethesda has it in them to be creative, it'll initiate after the civil war storyline. If you went Stormcloak, it'll be a fairly straightforward war sequence with some special missions to make it creative. It'll be a campaign to evict the Thalmor from Skyrim, and then an invasion into Cyrodiil to take control of White-Gold Tower, securing Stormcloak power and preparing to crush the High Elves utterly. If you supported the Legion, then it'll be a shadow campaign, stealthily weakening the Thalmor so the Empire can drive them out and regain control; a little sabotage here, a few missing regiments there, maybe some assassinations. Then, you will proceed to sabotage your way into White-Gold Tower, allowing you to cripple Thalmor control outside the Isles and enabling the Empire to prepare their counterstrike.

If its not one of those, then probably something Daedric. Apart from probably not being Mehrunes Dagon, Sheogorath, or Nocturnal, not a clue there.

I want to go to Orsinium. Because orcs are made for fighting and winning!. Id like to see how an orcish province would effect the power balance between Thalmor and Empire.
A thousand times this. Most of my skyrim characters have been Orcs and I found the Orc strongholds to be really interesting (and profitable, *cough* Orichalcum/Ebony mines *cough*).

Just imagine what a whole city full of Orcs is like.

If they do a province,Hammerfell would be easy since it's essentially replacing snow with sand. There's also the fact that there's a Blades tower there, which could be a reason to go. I also want to kill sand worms, everyone loves sand worms!

If they did a daedric plain, Hircine is a good candidate since they have werewolves in the game and they're awesome. Also it could give them some creative license to go and create some crazy awesome creatures to hunt, since Hircine is all about the hunt.

No more planes of Oblivion for awhile some where on Nirn would be much better the problem with the planes of oblivion is that they are too much of a cop out. I mean shivering Isie's was cool and all but its taking the cowards way out. Going back to the imperial city would be interesting make the city 3x to 5x bigger give us the imperial city that they wanted to make instead of the christmas deadline we got 1 government office in the trade district and the Imperial high command or what ever there equilvent of a pentagon or war department was a apperently one desk. and you could have a reason to keep you in there "citizen its not safe out there by emperors decree or something you must stay with a caravan or your stuck here"

What can I say im a sucker for roman culture, but Altmora would be Awsome

Also I dont think that All the deadric lords need a hand its more like your just entertaining them

Doesn't matter as long as I can kick Thalmor Ass, and we get a stronghold arc like we do in Morrowind, where we can build up a big army.

so from reading these posts, my favorites include:

Time travelling to dwarves dissappearing
Summerset Isles (possibly a different game entirely)
Opening a short excursion into a neighboring realm : morrowind, cyrodil, hammerfell etc
Meridia's or Sanguine's realm
Orsinium's gates open

all viable options in my mind, but the least viable by far is opening into another land entirely, too much work involved, they will get more money milking them into seperate games, so obviously, they will do that

Here is a list of the expansions that should be done, we know there will be a couple of them.

1.Taking the Empire
Quick question, what was the common factors in the earlier empires until the death of Martin Spetim? Dragonblood. Therfore I am proposing that the Dragonborn has a major claim to the throne. Not to mention he also has claim to lordship over the dragons, meaning that it wouldn't be hard to deal with the Thalmor if a few hundred dragons worked together to crush the stinking elves.

The plot line would go somethign like this, civil war quests end, main quest ends, and then the thalmor decide to attack the dragons at the throat of the world. The Greybeards wipe the floor with the Thalmor attack squadron with only their voices, and you meet with the dragons about a retalitation.

You then carry the news to the blades, even if Parthunax is still alive, and they agree to aid you in the fight. They also tip you off to the location of a old magguffin that would allow you to shout without as much of a wait. You then go dive through a even bigger dungeon than any other, and recover it.

You then wind up just outside of the imperial city's gates with the Emperor(or head of the Elder Council if you did the Dark Brotherhood quests) speaking to you. You will quite simply state that you intend to destroy the Thalmor, and have the means to do so(Either the Stormcloaks of the Leigon members that used to be in Skyrim on top of a thunder of dragons). The Emperor(or head of the council) will then quite simply refuse, and you will have the option to either let him live and return to the city, or to shout him down.

Regardless, you will then have to siege a expanded version of the Imperial City(few additions have been made in the last two hundred years) and you eventually stop before the Statue of Akatosh(remember the end of Oblivion?) and find the remains of the Amulet of Kings beneath the statue. You will then grab the Amulet(which for some reason nobody could pick up for several years) and wear its remains as you march on into the White-Gold tower. You then have a face off with the Thalmor ambasador, and wipe the floor with him. You will then talk to the Emperor if he is still alive, and he then sees that you wear the remains of the amulet and decides to grant you the throne in his stead(If its the head of the council he just declares you emperor). If you killed him, you just claim the throne.

You then get to join several more instanced battles as you get closer to the Thalmor capital on the isles, and come face to face with the leader of the Thalmor, and face him in single combat to the death. You will defeat him, and the Thalmor will rejoin the Empire, making you now the ruler over Tamriel.

What do you think?

I want somewhere... Super cool.

Morrowind would be sweet, as would Hammerfell. I want Elsweyr, because that place sounds crazy.
I would love to see Elsweyr too. Do any of the games take you there?
